Well, I want to tell you something about my hobby, it's called  Cosplay.
The word “Cosplay” is a combination of “Costume” and “Player”.
You imitate a character of a book or a movie for example.
Some people also call it ''Role Playing game''.
This trend comes  from Japan. The forger of it is Nobuyuki Takahashi. He shows cosplay the firts time in the year  1983. Later the trend came to the USA und europe.
You also cosplay a character that you like.  The Cosplay must be true to original. That's very important. I don't like worse cosplays, because they discriminate the characters.
The age of the Cosplayer is between 15 to 25 years.
Most cosplay is used for the own enjoyment and for cosplay-contests. The constest are on the big conventions. They are in many states of Germany, too.
I was very often on conventions. My first was in Bonn. It was the AnimagiC. Some others are in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Berlin and Ludwigshafen.
I want to tell you something about the Connichi in Kassel. It had taken place in September at the Kongress Palais. There were over 15tausend people at the weekend.
Behind the building we took many pictures of great cosplayers. It was very amazing.
You should make a cosplay on your own. But many people can't cord,me too. So you can buy it on special pages in the internet. ;)
